  Welcome to All Stars Children’s Ministry!  We believe in treating your kids the way Jesus would.  We focus on loving, teaching atmospheres in our weekend worship times and Wednesday evening discipleship programs.  No matter what your child’s age, we have excellent teachers ready to lead them in engaging activities and fun games while also presenting timeless, life-changing principles from God’s Word.

  Your kids are safe with us.  All Stars volunteers undergo a background check.  Our modern check-in system ensures your kids stay put until you come pick them up after worship.  It’s a big world out there; we want to keep it as safe as possible.

  We want you to know what your child is learning in class so you can engage them in discussing the Bible and God’s love at home.  So, check up with your child or teacher about what they learned.

   

   

  

  On the weekends, kids from 1st grade to 5th grade will be challenged to connect with God through songs, games, skits, object lessons and powerful stories. Pastor Mike and the All Stars Ministry Team will dive deeper into the Bible with your child to challenge them to grow in their faith.  We have a special emphasis on missions and reaching others for Jesus, and your children are encouraged to invite their friends, bring their Bibles and come with an open heart to learn what God wants for their lives.  This will be one of the highlights of your child’s week, so don’t miss one week!

  Elementary ministry is available on the Main Campus for the Highland Praise and Overflow services, as well as on the East Campus for HP3 and Highland Park Saturday Night.  For the safety and security of all children, please be sure to check your children into the ministry on the campus where you will be worshipping.
  

   

   

  

  On the weekends, children from birth through Kindergarten will enjoy learning the Bible through storytelling, engaging activities, puppets, crafts  and songs.  We treasure our young ones and have placed them in classrooms with loving and caring teachers that are excited to show them how much Jesus loves them.  The children love the hands-on activities, exciting story times and worship songs they will hum all week long.  Children are encouraged to bring their friends and to live out their love for Jesus on a daily basis.  Be sure to bring them every week – they will love the experience!

  The Highland Park Children’s Ministry is amazing because of its committed leaders.  All Star Leaders guide children through teaching, hands-on learning, puppets and worship on a weekly basis.  We know that everyone is talented in different ways, so there are many different ways you can get involved in children’s ministry – you don’t have to be a children’s pastor to be a part!

  The first step in getting involved is turning in a Leader Application.  You can click the link on the left, print out the application and turn it in to Pastor Mike at any time.  You will then be interviewed to find where you will best fit and enjoy serving.  All applicants are subject to a background check and ministry approval.
